Currently, due emphasis is given to the development of well qualified human resource at all levels and in all sectors of organizations, countries and the world. Thus, different empirical studies reveal that every country needs skilled human resources, both in terms of quantity and quality, for its socioeconomic development.
Accordingly, Harmony College has made all the necessary preparation to launch TVET Training Program with the existing resources to serve the community at large, and meet the human power need requirement of the country as there is both the ability and need for the TVET and hence Harmony College, as one of the development actors in the country was launched TVET programs in different fields of specialization.
The training at Harmony College aimed at equipping professionals with the attitudes, knowledge and skills essential for overall development and incorporates all the necessary and crucial unit of competencies that provide the necessary competence required in the real job market.
